MMI Development, in partnership with Hillsborough County (through a Private-Public Partnership – P3), is bringing a premium multifamily community to Brandon that delivers luxury living and meaningful public benefits. The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners approved the P3 Agreement that makes this project possible on March 4, 2026.

Progress @ The Park is a two-phase Class A multifamily development featuring 315 units per phase (630 total). Developed through a true Public-Private Partnership with Hillsborough County, the project integrates high-quality housing with significant community infrastructure and recreational enhancements.
On March 4, 2026, the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners approved the Conveyance Agreement. Through this agreement, MMI Development will construct more than $3 million in public improvements on County-owned property in exchange for the drainage and development rights needed to deliver the project.
